2026 Crop Scout School

The Crop Scout School equips participants with foundational crop scouting skills—ideal for beginners or for those seeking a refresher before the growing season. Attendees will learn how to identify and assess common crop issues in corn and soybeans through both classroom and field-based sessions.

Registration

Cost is $150, and includes lunch, refreshments, and course materials including a clipboard, hard copies of the ISU Corn and Soybean Field Guide, Field Crop Insects Guide, Corn Disease Guide, and Soybean Disease Guide; digital version of the ISU Weed ID Guide; and additional materials.

Register for 2026 Crop Scout School  (select which location during the registration process) 

Pre-registration is required to attend at the deadline listed above. No walk-in registrations accepted. Space is limited to 60 at each location and registration will close either by the registration deadline or when capacity is reached.
