Higher fertilizer prices and the current crop prices have increased the importance of making informed nutrient management decisions. Join extension field agronomist Rebecca Vittetoe and extension farm management specialist Ryan Drollette for a hands-on workshop designed to help producers, crop advisers, and agricultural lenders understand fertilizer cost trends and how to develop a fertility plan that maximizes return on investment.

The workshop will cover soil test interpretation, fertility planning for phosphorus, potassium and lime management, fertilizer budgeting, and strategies to get the most value from every fertilizer dollar. Producers are encouraged to bring their most recent soil test results to use during the workshop.
