About the Southeast Iowa Agricultural Research Association

Map of the counties in the Southeast Iowa Agricultural Research Association

Did you know that the ISU Southeast Research and Demonstration Farm is owned by the Southeast Iowa Agricultural Research Association, and they have a partnership with ISU to oversee the farm? The association covers 21 counties in southeast Iowa (see the map above) and anyone can be a member and help provide input on local research needs. Each county in the association has a board member that represents that county on the associations board of directors.

To become a member or renew your membership with the association, the cost is $25 for five years. Checks can be made out to SEIARA and sent to the ISU Extension and Outreach Johnson County Office (3109 Old Hwy 218 S., Iowa City, IA 52246) or can be paid at the meeting.
