Angie Rieck-Hinz is a field agronomist in north central Iowa for Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. She currently serves, Cerro Gordo, Franklin, Hamilton, Hardin, Humboldt, Webster, Worth and Wright counties. She has worked for ISU Extension and Outreach for over 30 years, serving in various roles on campus and now in the field.  She works closely with farmers on integrated pest management, crop management issues, and nutrient and manure management planning. She provides pesticide applicator training for private and commercial applicators, women in ag programming and partners with local watershed groups for implementation of water quality and soil health practices.  She also provides training for company agronomists, seed dealers, agency staff and watershed coordinators.  She has been a Certified Professional Agronomist (CPAg) for 30 years and a Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) for 14 years.
