Leah Ten Napel

Leah Ten Napel is an extension field agronomist serving 9 counties in northwest Iowa. Her responsibilities include bringing research-based information to the grower level through educational programing and answering agronomic questions for landowners, farmers and ag retailers. Her areas of expertise include soil fertility, corn and soybean production, and pest management. Ten Napel is a certified crop advisor in the state of Iowa. Leah has been a part of the Extension team since September 2022. Prior to working for Extension, she worked as an agronomist at a local co-op. Ten Napel received her B.S. in Agronomy and Seed Science from Iowa State University in 2017.
