Join the ISU Weed Science Program at the 2019 Herbicide Research and Demonstration Program Field Day on Thursday, June 27!

The field day will be at the Curtiss Farm on South State Street in Ames. Registration will begin at 8:30 AM with a brief program at 9:00 AM. Refreshments will be provided and is free and open to all with no registration cost. The field day is an opportunity to do a "self-guided" tour of the research farm plots with program staff and leaders on hand to answer questions. All attendees will have a field book that describes experiments available to them. While the farm is a bit delayed in planting and spraying operations, given the wet weather this year, the trials are a great opportunity to evaluate herbicide weed management with these unusual conditions. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact ISU Extension Weed Scientist Prashant Jha at pjha@iastate.edu or 515-294-7028.
