Crop scouting performed by farmers and Ag professionals is one of the most important steps towards predicting possible issues and diagnosing existing problems with health of a field- informing critical management decisions.
Made possible by partnering with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Extension specialists across the U.S., the Crop Protection Network has been providing free, publicly available Virtual Crop Scouting webinars on a variety of subjects for the past several years. The CPN Team and its collaborators are pleased to announce that the Virtual Crop Scout School Library is growing with the addition of eight educational webinars. Adam Sisson, Extension specialist with the Iowa State IPM program has contributed to the most recent round of videos, and other Iowa State Extension specialists, such as Dr. Mark Licht and Ashley Dean, have contributed in earlier episodes.
