Mark Johnson is a field agronomist in central Iowa for Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. He frequently speaks with farmers, crop consultants, agronomists, and farm managers about integrated crop management, crop and soybean management, soil fertility, alfalfa, tillage systems, and soil surveys. He also provides information and guidance on integrated pest management, involving weeds, insects, and crop disease.

Johnson is a Certified Professional Agronomist and Certified Crop Advisor, and a member of the American Society of Agronomy and Gamma Sigma Delta - The Honor Society of Agriculture.
