There is still time to register for the 2025 Nitrogen Use Efficiency Workshop to be held in Ames at the Iowa State University Alumni Center August 4-6.
I am excited to have the opportunity to bring the NUE workshop to Iowa in 2025 for the first time since 2013. the event will begin with a welcome reception at Jethro's BBQ in Ames from 5-9 pm on August 4th. on August 5th we will have a full day of presentation from individuals working on nitrogen related research throughout the Midwest and August 6th we will have another half day of presentations before concluding the workshop around noon.
More information and the tentative agenda can be found at: Home - Nitrogen Use Efficiency Workshop. There is still plenty of time to register and should still be some availability in the group hotel blocks for anyone needing to stay in Ames. This would be an excellent opportunity for anybody interested in nitrogen related research to come learn from professionals throughout the country and network with like-minded individuals.
If you have any questions about the event, please feel free to contact me directly at rtroth@iastate.edu or 515-294-0506.
