An open house will recognize a new research and extension facility as well as the 95th anniversary of Iowa State University’s Northern Research and Demonstration Farm.
Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, in partnership with Northeast Iowa Community College, is hosting an equipment demonstration field day June 23, focusing on hay equipment. The event will be held at the NICC Dairy Center, 1527 Highway 150, Calmar, and will feature different haying equipment throughout the day. Industry representatives from northeast Iowa will be there to showcase the equipment and provide real-time demonstrations.
